She has 12 years of Baking and Pastry experience, and has
trained with renouned French and German pastry Chef's including C.M.P.C. Jan
Bandula. She graduated in the top 5% of her class from Baltimore International
Culinary College.
Her Awards include 2007 Best Dessert, Youth homes Inc. Competition, Charlotte NC
and 2006 Silver medal, Youth homes Inc. Competition, Charlotte NC
